Lahore Again Ranks First In Air Pollution
Lahore again ranks first in air pollution. Lahore, the capital of Punjab, has again become number one in air Pollution . Because the area quality index of the city has reached 444. According to the report, because of not being able to control the smog, Lahore has once again left the cities of the world behind in terms of pollution.
پنجاب کا دارالحکومت لاہور پھر فضائی آلودگی میں پہلے نمبر پر آگیا۔ کیونکہ شہر کا ایریا کوالٹی انڈیکس 444 تک پہنچ گیا ہے۔رپورٹ کے مطابق سموگ پر قابو نہ پانے کے باعث لاہور ایک بار پھر آلودگی کے حوالے سے دنیا کے شہروں کو پیچھے چھوڑ گیا ہے۔
حکومت پاکستان یہ اقدامات اس لیے کر رہی ہے کیونکہ سموگ کی وجہ سے بہت سی بیماریاں جنم لے رہی ہیں۔ جس کی وجہ سے شہریوں کو پریشانی کا سامنا ہے۔ اسی لیے حکومت پاکستان نے کچھ اقدامات کیے ہیں۔
And the increasing smog in the city has made it very difficult for citizens to breathe. In the morning, the Vast Area Quality Index of Lahore city was recorded as 397. Meanwhile, air quality index has been recorded at 444 in Amir Town and 394 around Mall Road.

The Meteorological Department has said that there is no chance of rain in the city during the next 24 hours. The minimum temperature in the provincial capital can reach 13 and maximum 26 degree Celsius. It is being told that the Lahore High Court has ordered work from home two days a week in view of the smog situation.
Justice Shahid Karim of Lahore High Court, during the hearing on the circular petition for remedying the smog, the court also expressed indignation at Chief Secretary Punjab and Commissioner Lahu. On this occasion, Justice Shahid Karim ordered to close all schools and colleges on Saturday

Moreover, the Lahore High Court, while ordering the sealing of factories spreading pollution, said that they will not be de-sealed until their owners give an affidavit. The owners should give an affidavit that if the violation occurs again, the factory will be demolished.
On this occasion, Commissioner Lahore said that action will be taken indiscriminately against vehicles emitting smoke. We have also instructed the traffic police to stop the smog-emitting vehicles. If any vehicle is caught emitting smoke, strict action will be taken against it and its challan will be deducted.
